Installation
Our wireless technology works by line of site. The installer will look for an ideal location to mount the radio. In the case a suitable location cannot be found the install will require additional hardware in order to obtain a clear line of site back to our tower equipment. If additional hardware is required such as a tripod, mast pipes, chimney mounts, stand-alone tower, we will notify you and provide you a cost for approval. If a tv tower is required we work with industry distributors to ensure that you get a quality tower at a great price. Once the install has been completed the installer will test and confirm the internet is working. The office will follow up with a welcome e-mail after a successful install.

- If the source of the issue is no internet directly to your router, there may be a chance that there is a network wise outage due to work being done or installation of a new hardware/firmware. We always send out communication before a scheduled maintenance/upgrade.
